1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in MCCS-QUIZZARDS, the 5th National Level Quiz Event organized by the Department of Computer Science, Mankar College, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate.

2. Eligibility

To participate in MCCS-QUIZZARDS, you must:

• Be a current student enrolled in a recognized educational institution
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid email address for verification
• Be affiliated with a registered college/institution

3. Registration & Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Each participant must register with their own unique account
• Sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Quiz Rules & Fair Play

Participants must adhere to the following rules:

• Individual Participation: All quiz attempts must be made individually without external assistance
• No Cheating: Use of external resources, websites, or assistance from others during the quiz is prohibited
• One Attempt: Each participant is allowed only the designated number of attempts per quiz
• Time Limits: Quizzes must be completed within the specified time limit
• Technical Issues: Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of automation
• Attempting to access the quiz platform through unauthorized means
• Sharing quiz questions or answers with others
• Creating multiple accounts
• Impersonating another participant
• Any form of tampering with the quiz system

6. Disqualification

Violation of any rules or terms may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of certificates, and permanent ban from future events. The organizers reserve the right to investigate suspicious activities and take appropriate action without prior notice.

7. Certificates

• Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the quiz with a passing score
• Certificate details (name, college) will be as provided during registration
• Requests for certificate modifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Certificates are for personal use and verification only

8. Intellectual Property

All quiz content, questions, platform design, and materials are the intellectual property of MCCS-QUIZZARDS and Mankar College. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

MCCS-QUIZZARDS and its organizers shall not be liable for any technical failures, data loss, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not responsible for any consequences arising from service interruptions.
